This centre is the hotspot for all things associated with modern design and living. It offers stylish interior products and solutions. But, with this revamp, it also offers the full shopping, working, and dining experience. So, it was no wonder that absolutely the best was required in terms of both function and aesthetics. Best Deck in the Design Quarter
We supplied and installed our beautiful interlocking cladding between the shops and on the building facades for a stunning effect throughout the centre. This cladding is modern and creates a cohesion amongst and between all of the individual stores and restaurants in the centre. It also pulls the eye upwards, giving the illusion of height and, therefore, spaciousness. So, Best Deck’s products have transformed the whole vibe of the centre.
We put stylish decking on all of the benches in the common areas of the Design Quarter, making them inviting and comfortable, while also being easy to clean. Each bench square seats about 18 people, providing plenty of seating that is only a few steps away from the stores. We used our world-class Gold Range for this massive project. This decking has a narrow groove finish, which disguises minor spills or stains, and has a 15-year guarantee.
None of our composite wood products require maintenance and they do not splinter, crack, or swell. So, this decking is ideal for public, high-traffic areas that need to be safe for children and the elderly in all sorts of weather conditions. They’re also not susceptible to infestations.
The Design Quarter chose to use our coffee brown range of composite wood, which is warm and neutral; giving the whole area a classic feel that won’t age, fade, or lose appeal over time. What an excellent investment in the long-term aesthetics and functionality of the centre.
