It’s already June 2022 and fantastic things are happening for Best Deck and Flooring! We’re excited to share news about our growth and new opportunities, and we invite you to be part of it all. This evolution is testimony to our commitment to providing contemporary and classic composite wood products to South Africa and the rest of the continent with an unwavering focus on quality and service delivery.
Whether it’s for decking around your swimming pool or for the flooring and cladding of an entire mall or estate, Best Deck and Flooring has the product in the ideal colour and finish to accomplish the look and feel you want.
What’s Happening?
1. Best Deck and Flooring is Opening in Umhlanga, KwaZulu-Natal
Having already established ourselves and our excellent reputation in Gauteng (Johannesburg) and the Western Cape (Cape Town), the time has come to open our doors in KZN too. This is in response to a growing need and demand for top-quality products in this area.
Our composite wood products include (but aren’t limited to):
- Decking
- Cladding
- Internal flooring (known as stone plastic composite flooring, or SPC flooring)
- Pergolas
- Gates
- Screens
- Balustrades
All of these are guaranteed (for between 10 and 25 years, depending on the product) and do not splinter, warp, crack, rot or fade. They’re resistant to termites, require no maintenance, and are available in various colours and finishes. And, thanks to their hardiness and resilience, they’re ideal for all climates; whether it’s the hot humid coastal areas of KZN or the cool, dry inland parts of the country.
Best Deck and Flooring is opening our new sales and distribution warehouse in Riverhorse Valley, Umhlanga. This showroom exhibits every product in every colour, setting a new standard in terms of volume and variety for this industry. Over the next few months, the warehouse will be fully stocked with all of our products so that visitors can see every option in action and make a decision based on actual knowledge.
We have been involved with some impressive projects over the last few years; including Steyn City and Umhlanga Arch.
Since we’ve already been so active in KZN over the past few years, it only makes sense for us to expand our operations into this province. This makes it much more accessible to clients in the area and reduces the cost and delay of transporting all of the equipment and products to KZN.
2. The East Coast Radio House + Garden Show
From 24 June to 3 July, Best Deck and Flooring will be part of the popular East Coast Radio House + Garden Show at the Durban Exhibition Centre. This year is the 40th anniversary of this show and it has, for the past four decades, been a favourite for exhibitors and visitors that share a passion for and interest in all things home or garden.
The entire show has a carnival feel with over 400 exhibitors contributing to the vibrant atmosphere and, of course, the fun.
Exhibitors showcase products that range from contemporary appliances, leather goods and preserves to plants, garden accessories, furniture (indoor and outdoor), crockery, cutlery, and even dolls’ houses. So, it’s little wonder that the stunning composite wood products of Best Deck and Flooring will feature here.
There will also be coffee, refreshments and delicious food on offer (including halaal and vegan options).
Over the course of the 10 days of this event, we’re expecting about 70 000 visitors to see our quality products. We can’t wait to meet you and design a custom solution for your space.
